Our Community Trees of Remembrance are back!
This December our wonderful volunteers will be out in the community once again with our Trees of Remembrance.
Help us to support our patients and families this Christmas by making a donation, writing a special message to your loved one on a star, and hanging your star on the tree – so we can remember together.
All donations go directly to Hospice West Auckland to enable us to continue providing free Hospice care to West Aucklanders in need.
